“On November 6th, 2025, I went to Lenwell. I actually found them on Amazon, and when I realized they were located in Houston, I didn’t think twice about going there. My iPad was an iPad Pro 12.9 (4th generation) with a cracked screen, and I also decided to have the battery replaced.

A very kind young lady helped me, and before admitting my iPad, they checked that everything was 100% functional which I thought was great. They have cameras, and I felt right away that I was going to receive good service, and thank God, I wasn’t wrong. I dropped off my iPad around 6 PM and picked it up the next day at the same time. They were very professional, and when I picked it up, the same girl helped me again and showed me that everything was working perfectly.

I highly recommend this place and I’m really thankful they were able to fix my iPad. It was actually a gift for my little sister who lives in Panama no one there wanted to repair it, but luckily my mom had a trip planned to Houston, and thank God everything worked out so the iPad could be repaired.“
