“Loved my massage with Gisela. She was thorough and very helpful to my areas of concern. She is also kind and knows her craft well. My reason for the 4 stars is that I felt displaced due to being moved to another room because of the original room being next to the spray tan which is loud. I’m happy for the consideration but Gisela seemed a bit out of sorts with the movement and not being in her usual surroundings with her supplies. (The move was done as soon as I arrived for my appt.) Also, I filled out a form online before my appt regarding my areas of concern as well as what I wanted and did not want in my massage. I can honestly say, Gisela was not shown that form. I can’t have my face massaged due to having incredibly sensitive skin and she started to massage my face. Of the form had been gone over, I truly feel she wouldn’t have started to massage my face. Besides those things, Gisela was great! I will be booking another appointment with her soon.“

“I have been a customer at Nubia's for almost 15 years. I always would go for my color and cuts. Until, wait for it..... "Hair Extensions". I've always been skeptical about them but in going to Nubia for so long I knew I was in good hands. She held my hand in choosing the right hair for me. I wanted extensions to wear for a long time ahead so she introduced me to the Ballami hair line. I stressed how much "volume" I wanted and length. Of course the coloring had to be right. Nubia was "Spot On" with her suggestions. All in all I will not go anywhere else! Her staff is always "Welcoming" has been for all the years I've been going and do t let me forget to mention the great "coffee" Highly recommended!!“

“Giving this spa 5 stars SOLEY for the massage I just received. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and Kim was absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to come back to her postpartum. The spa itself is good. I’ve been here once before. It definitely needs some remodeling. Last time I came, there was also a used bandaid on the floor of the dressing room in the locker area which was not a good first impression but otherwise, all the amenities were working and the services were great. They just really need to make it look better. All that being said, I will come back…specifically for Kim! Thank you Kim for the best prenatal massage!!“
