I’ve been going to Bergamos for about 3 years now, and I love it here! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. My services have always been great no matter who I see. I’ve seen other reviews commenting on staff and nit picking things. All I can say is that my time here has been amazing and I’m not sure what they are talking about! If I ever had any issue or had trouble understanding something the front desk will be attentive and problem solve for me.
Bistro 313 is phenomenal!!! The new menu is so good! Way better than the old menu! (it was still good, don’t get me wrong!) but you can tell the new menu is fresh and goes well with the spa.

Just had a wonderful day at Bergamos! I was greeted and checked in by Trent who was very kind and told me what to expect when going in and introduced me to Feleshca who walked me through the womens side and helped me navigate the spa. She was so helpful and encouraging and answered my questions throughout my 5 hours i got to spend there today(im used to spa world where it is not swimsuit optional and i got momentarily intimidated by people picking to keep suits lol almost ran home to get mine out of nerves and she helped me feel more assured in my choices lol) . Let alone running around keeping the spa looking clean and feeling inviting.
