“I had an amazing experience at Zen Spas today! I booked a two-hour therapeutic massage for relief from ongoing neck and back pain, and Nicole was absolutely wonderful.
She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire massage. She spent extra time working on the knots in my neck, and I could genuinely feel a difference the moment the massage was over. She also gave me excellent recommendations for managing the tension going forward.
One thing I especially appreciated was how well Nicole read the room. She seemed to instinctively know when I wanted to chat and when I just wanted to relax in the quiet, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
I left feeling so much better than when I arrived, and I'll definitely be back next month to book another massage with Nicole. Thank you for such a great experience!
Side Note: After the massage I was given water infused with orange as well as a chocolate, and allowed to sit for a minute. They did not rush me out. They also sell many products inside for wellness. I'll have to check it all out better next time I go in. Beautiful outdoor area as well!“
