Our shower valve broke and we were unable to turn it off. I called American Plumbing at 8:45am and Jessie was at the house by 10:00am and had repaired our shower and was gone in less than an hour. He is a very nice and professional man. He explained what he repaired and replaced. I now know why he’s won the people’s choice award so many times. Thank you Jessie

After 2 weeks of buying many fittings from every plumbing place in Fredricksburg and Kerrville and talking to several plumbers…. We were at our wits end with the new faucet still leaking…….. We called American Plumbing Service and talked to Jesse….. we met him in town and he clearly and honestly found a solution and the faucet is working like a charm with no leaks. He wouldn’t even take a dime for his kindness and generosity. I HIGHLY recommend this place after ALL the other plumbers in Fredericksburg pretty much told us they could not help us.Service: Plumbing leak repair

Jesse was amazing!!!! He was very quick to reply! I was having a crisis and called 2 other well known plumbers one of them tried to fit me in after hours for the extra charge even when I called way before 5pm and the other one told me he was 30 days out in helping anyone. Thank goodness for Jesse!!! He was so polite, helpful, and willing to help! Now that is a professional! I wound highly recommend him and his company!! Don’t even go anywhere else!
