Ronnie was out this morning to replace my thermostat and perform a system check up. He was on time, polite, articulate and professional! He took time to explain the functions to me, helped me setup the WiFi capability of it, and made sure I completely understood its operation. I feel the pricing for the product and services were fair. Prior to scheduling the service, Lisa communicated with me repeatedly to provide all of the information that I needed, and provide pricing. Overall a great experience… because of course, “you only get one chance to make a good first impression.”

Absolutely amazing folks. The tech took a little longer to help me better understand the preventative maintenance I could do myself and the lady’s in the office are absolutely amazing to work with on the bill.

Rave: Hill Country Refrigeration has always taken great care of us here at Full Moon Inn. Called about 11:30 , today about one of our A/C units they showed up about 4:00 and solved the issue. Great company.
