Our a/c unit which we have had for 20 years went out, in August when temperatures are over 100 degrees.
Not only did they respond quickly, they came out on a Sunday evening to check our unit and made sure we would be comfortable for the night. Came out the next morning to do a complete check. We were in agreement that it was time for our existing unit to be replaced. We were given several options and decided to go with a new unit.
Crew came early two days later and were very productive and professional.
