I recently had Matco out for an HVAC inspection, tune-up, refrigerant evaluation, and leak investigation. Chad was my technician, and I cannot say enough good things about him.
What stood out most was his honesty and professionalism. Chad spent significant time inspecting the system, crawling through a very hot attic, running tests, documenting his findings, and explaining what he was seeing. He never tried to sell me unnecessary repairs or point me toward expensive guesses. In fact, when he did not find evidence that the issue was HVAC-related, he said so.

This Company took great care of me quick fast and efficient just in time for the cold weather, My heater wasn’t working and they came in and out in 30 minutes and it’s all fixed up.
