When he first came to the office, he couldn't even walk down the stairs without pain. Now, after completing his treatment plan, he can run up and down the stairs pain-free and is back to running 2 miles regularly without any pain whatsoever.

Dr. Askey also gave my husband a set of exercises to do at home. We followed his recommendations by doing the exercises twice a day and icing as prescribed, and it made a huge difference in his recovery.
