Dr. Torres is informative, personable, and encouraging. All the IFH staff is attentive and competent. I've seen the results of the program with my co-workers and am looking forward to the journey.
My husband and I were referred to Dr. Torres in 2016. We were in our 40s and just needed to change the trajectory of our health - we were over weight, lethargic and just feeling really bad. So we invested in our health and decided to participate in the Transformation Program. We did it together and lost a total of 27 pounds. We felt a lot better and started to own our health journey.
