Dr. Okafor is both highly professional and genuinely caring. I went through my treatment here in a very scientific and effective way, and I truly had a great experience. All of the staff members are polite, kind, and professional. Everyone creates such a welcoming atmosphere, and the environment is excellent.
I have a known fear of needles but can normally power through injections/shots/blood draws. I told Dr. Okafor about half way through my injections of this fear and she accommodated to me by quickening her pace. A few short moments later I ended up passing out (occasionally happens). Dr. Okafor handled the situation with professionalism and grace and I felt completely taken care of in her hands. Whenever I pass out I always feel guilty that I’ve worried whoever is around me, but she assured me of her experience in the ER and that it was not a problem.
