Paula at the front desk was a caring professional. She got me registered pretty quick for my appointment. During my registration process she assisted me with an unpaid balance on my account that needed to be resubmitted by billing. She took the initiative and called billing department on the spot and voiced my concern regarding a co- pay that should have been covered for my previous visit. Thanks again Paula.
