Excellent experience from booking the appointment to the completed report, Sean Green and NPI were professional, knowledgeable and provide a comprehensive report with pictures and video. Sean did such a great job on our first inspection a few years ago, we called him back for our next home purchase. He takes the time to walk the house with you and explain everything he finds in detail which is incredibly helpful when going back to the seller for fixes. Extremely professional and transparent. We are 1st time homeowners and used NPI twice because we saw how thorough Adam was checking the first property.
