3G Properties have been an awesome management company to work with - and this is coming from a renter. If I submit a maintenance request 90% of the time I have a response with 3 hours (even Sundays), the other 10% of the time it's within 24 hours. The turnaround time to address any issues are never lengthy. The have not been aggressive with rent increases - with the 3 years I have lived here the rent has not increased by $100 from year 1 to 3. There maintenance man, Oscar, comes by to his job and it feels more like a friend in your home than a stranger. We have had a great experience renting through this company. The entire process was smooth and Christian was friendly , professional and helpful. We are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental company.
We’ve been renting here since March 2023, and it’s been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to take care of any maintenance requests. The property is well maintained, and we’ve really enjoyed calling this place home. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!
