They were accommodating and patient as I went through getting a second opinion. I continued with My Local Plumber and they were very transparent with the schedule and worked with the excavation team on timing. Alma in the front office was great with communication with my quote and scheduling. Gina, the manager, was very friendly and accommodating to any concerns. Ish and RJ were my plumbers - great communicators - very polite and translated to language I understood. THANN YOU AGAIN.

LOVE this plumber. They are extremely customer focused. I had a leak that was in between the wall of my two brand new showers that had just been put in. One plumber quoted out the project and said we’d have to go through the tile. I called My Local Plumber who services my neighborhood often (Country Place) and they REALLY didn’t want to have to go through my tile and looked for other options. The hole under the showers was small in the garage and the plumber was able to fix it through there. He got some scrapes on his arms doing so.
