“I had my glasses made at this location about 2 years ago. but just few days ago, my little one sat on it, and the two legs bent. I tried to fix it in place, but one leg snapped. panicked, I visited Itali eye care to see if I can find a replacement or even better, a temporary fix as I was pressed for time.
the owner welcomed me in, and quickly went ahead to fix the broken glasses. ten minutes later, he came back with a brand new leg replacements. No questions asked, did not asked for any fees.

The waiting area was quaint but did not take long. The tech explained each machine thoroughly and I appreciated when she explained that one machine will cost more and what my alternative option was.

“I have been going here for an eye exam for many years. They have always been very professional and courteous. They explain the status of your eye exam and give then provide you with prescriptions for your glasses.“
