“I’m really pleased with the service from Stanley Steemer. Ibrahim John was friendly, thorough, and very respectful of my home. My sectional looks amazing and feels refreshed. I appreciate his attention to detail and the care he put into the job.”
“I had an excellent experience with this company. One of my cats had urinated on the top of an upholstered ottoman, and I was worried the odor would never come out. They were incredibly thorough, cleaning the entire top multiple times and then asking me to check carefully to see if I could still detect any odor.
I was able to identify one small area where I could still smell urine, and without hesitation they went back over that spot again, taking the time to make sure it was treated properly. I really appreciated that they wanted me to be completely satisfied rather than rushing through the job.
They were professional, meticulous, and genuinely cared about getting the best possible result. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing pet odor removal or upholstery cleaning.”
“Oriental Rug made the entire process incredibly easy. I purchased a floor-sample rug that needed a thorough cleaning, and after one phone call, they picked it up at the time I requested and contacted me as soon as it was ready. The rug came back looking brand new. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful, and the customer service was excellent throughout the process. I was very pleased with the quality of the cleaning and the service and would gladly recommend them.”
