I had an excellent experience with this company. One of my cats had urinated on the top of an upholstered ottoman, and I was worried the odor would never come out. They were incredibly thorough, cleaning the entire top multiple times and then asking me to check carefully to see if I could still detect any odor.
I was able to identify one small area where I could still smell urine, and without hesitation they went back over that spot again, taking the time to make sure it was treated properly. I really appreciated that they wanted me to be completely satisfied rather than rushing through the job.
