“I brought my two stinky dogs, and they came back squeaky-clean. One of my Dog is aggressive on the grooming table, but they manage to trim him. Although there are some parts on his legs that are not trimmed, considering my dog's behavior, they tried their best, and I am satisfied with their job.“

“Kim is so sweet and so helpful! I had never taken my dog to a groomer before and she was so kind in listening to my concerns and assuring me that they would do their best to work with me. My dog is older and he was getting nervous every time he heard me say bath or saw me with a comb and would run from me for weeks. He was raggedy and desperately in need of a bath. They not only reassured me when I dropped him off for his first bath, but they followed my requests to not cut or shave his hair. Instead he gets a small trim around the necessaries and he looks so handsome when I pick him up. I think he and my husband's dog now love baths more than they thought they would.“

“Great place to wash your pup and buy food and supplies. I take Stella every so often and use the self-wash area. It is always clean, and they offer multiple types of shampoos. There are aprons, towels, and small treats as well in the self-wash area. The staff is very nice and helpful. I also stock up on my cockatiel's food and supplies there. They have great sales and yummy treats (or so Stella tells me.) No guarantee your dog will not lie in a bunch of leaves as soon as she comes back from her bath there.“

Special shout out to Ashley and Arely for taking especially great care of Goose. Ashley gives the best bath and blow out in town. And I have been nothing but impressed with the haircuts that Arely has given to my doodle. The front staff is also amazing! They treat us like family and they are always a pleasure to work with!“

“Thank you Dr. Absher! I called after I saw a post his grandfather put up about him saving her dog. I called and he spoke with me for quite a while giving me a lot of suggestions on what to do with my dog suffering from heart disease. My own vet wouldn't tell me anything only being her in. I wish we found you before we started dealing with our current vet. Even though Dr. Absher is on the other side of town from me I'll be going to him in the future with my next dog.“

“The fact you can make an appointment at their mobile clinics was already a perk, but the team I saw today was SO friendly and patient with my anxious 46 lb dog. My dog has bad anxiety and due to bad past experiences, she’s extra anxious now when getting shots. Usually we can’t pick her up or get her to hold still enough for a heartworm tests but the staff did so well with her despite her efforts to flail around. The gentleman who helped calm her down and helped with the entire process was very friendly and made an effort to slowly get to know my dog and have her get comfortable with him before starting the process and that makes a big difference. I wish I got his name, but he was helping out this morning (9/21) at the Pet Suites location in Lewisville, TX. Maybe someone will know who I am talking about and give him some recognition. The whole team there was great ! I’ll continue to visit Penny Paws in the future for my animals now ❤️“

“Excellent high pressure wash which may outweigh the negatives. The best I’ve seen in the area. There is also a blow dry hose, which I didn’t try.. but it’s a nice feature.

To me it’s a negative that the machine accepts tokens only. It’s three dollars minimal for a 3 minute car wash, you have to be fast. And, you have to convert dollars into a dollar token. It would be better if the machine accepted quarters. Other places in the area are a two dollar minimum wash and you can add a quarter or 2 for extra time. Here you have to add a whole dollar at a time.

It’s also a negative that credit card is $6 minimum for a 6 minute wash.“
