One of my most favorite places to go. The employees are so friendly and helpful. I haven't been in a while. I had heard that they had closed, but by looking at the website, it looks like it's open unless it's an old picture, but I did call the number and it answers, but says they're closed right now. And open at 9, I'm going to go later today and see , it is a great atmosphere to be in. And I like that their foods are US derived.
Pet Supplies Plus is my go to pet store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they greet everyone who comes in and treat every customer so great and thank them for stopping in. Prices and selection is very good.
I visited this pet shop mainly for puppy supplies and ended up spending more time than expected because of the helpful staff. They asked about my puppy’s age and size before suggesting food options, which made things easier. One packet I picked had a slightly dented corner, and they replaced it immediately at the counter without any discussion. The shop was moderately busy, so it felt a bit tight inside, but I still managed to browse everything properly. Overall, the experience felt guided and practical rather than confusing for a first-time owner.
