Safety is a priority. You'll find your temperature is still taken, and the staff might still be wearing masks. The ambiance supports the experience of relaxation.I felt very safe and well cared for. Kyle is very knowledgeable, talented, and professional. Unknot is a true asset to our beautiful El Paso!

Omg! Thought it was girly to get a massage, but was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the service and staff was. Not only do they massage, but they are very educational. Gone 4 times now and feeling amazing! Definitely recommend! If they gave cookies on the way out, easily 6stars!

I understand that there will always be mixed reviews for businesses because that is the person who received a service that were not satisfied with. BUT...I had been going to see Pam for my facials about a year or so before COVID affected the small pampering's that we women do for ourselves. After the BIG Covid scare, I stopped going because I just didn't make the time to return. Fast-forward to 2022, I decided my face was in dire need of a good facial cleansing and made an appointment to have one.
