“FYZICAL THERAPY AND BALANCE CENTER at 1845 Northwestern Dr, Suite B, El Paso, TX, 79912, is an amazing facility with top notch therapists with world class equipment that aid this center in providing life changing treatment services that personally relieved pain in my body that I learned to live with because I thought that this was the life I was condemned to live. I was treated by a new therapist named Hollie back in September and thought that the treatment that I had become accustomed would not be as good yet Hollie actually exceeded my expectations with the treatment she mapped out with my participation. She introduced me to another one of the many treatment devices that is only available in this specific treatment center. The equipment was some sort of magnetic chair that use some kind of electrical stimulation for my foot that truly helped relieve pain caused by my plantar fasciitis. The advanced equipment paired with the well trained therapist like Hollie, JoJo and my others helped myself and many other patients improve our quality of life and I am extremely grateful for everything I received from this treatment center.

“I was very pleased with the outcome of the therapy. My only complaint is that when it came to getting the equipment I needed, I was told by one of the therapists “don’t worry, the insurance will cover it”. So I went ahead and proceeded to getting the equipment I needed. Next thing I know I received a bill close to $1,000. The therapist should not have told me everything will be covered by the insurance. They should look into what the patients qualify for before they say anything. I, as well should have done my own research. Learning experience definitely!“

“I recently spent 101 days at the center, due to a broken leg. I am 90 years old. The Center has outstanding therapists , they all work extremely hard with each patient. Thanks to Joaquim and Rose I am now able to walk with a walker and I am looking forward to start outpatient therapy soon. The place is extremely clean, the CNA`s are also doing a good job. I didn`t have to do much with the nursing staff, however Jose, one of the night nurses was always on time giving the medication and definitely highly skilled and pleasant. Emily, as well.
