“I was very pleased with the outcome of the therapy. My only complaint is that when it came to getting the equipment I needed, I was told by one of the therapists “don’t worry, the insurance will cover it”. So I went ahead and proceeded to getting the equipment I needed. Next thing I know I received a bill close to $1,000. The therapist should not have told me everything will be covered by the insurance. They should look into what the patients qualify for before they say anything. I, as well should have done my own research. Learning experience definitely!“

“I recently spent 101 days at the center, due to a broken leg. I am 90 years old. The Center has outstanding therapists , they all work extremely hard with each patient. Thanks to Joaquim and Rose I am now able to walk with a walker and I am looking forward to start outpatient therapy soon. The place is extremely clean, the CNA`s are also doing a good job. I didn`t have to do much with the nursing staff, however Jose, one of the night nurses was always on time giving the medication and definitely highly skilled and pleasant. Emily, as well.
