I have been here on numerous occasions , typically in the early and late evenings so I typically disconnect myself by not communicating a lot with my technicians and relaxing and each time I am asked after entering the facility to wash my hands. I think that is a wonderful protocol to have in place to keep down the spread of infectious diseases ❤️ however today I came in this morning pretty refreshed and alert. That being said another customer came in that wasn’t the same race as myself (I’m black) and she was Hispanic. She was greeted and asked how she can be help and she told the guy a pedicure. I went and the nail technician was rude and did not care at all what he was doing. After two days my nails looked grown out the color i picked was not the color on the sample he also made my nails look clumpy

the place is very beautiful, but the staff seems very uninterested and not happy to be there. i went for a pedicure which i believe was not worth the money. definitely will not be returning to this salon.Services: Foot massages
