Oasis Dry Cleaners

I had a very disappointing experience with Oasis Dry Cleaners. Not only are their prices steep, but the quality of service is shockingly poor. My clothes were returned in the exact same condition I dropped them off—still covered in lint and with visible stains untouched. It was clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned at all. For the price they charge, I expected at least basic attention to detail. I will not be using this service again and cannot recommend them to anyone looking for reliable dry cleaning.

Original three star review: They supposedly have a 20% discount for first time visitors posted on the wall, but when I asked for the discount picking up my clothes she told me it was for pre-paid only. There's no good reason for that to be the policy, and the sign did not specify that to be the case, nor did anyone explain that to me when I dropped my clothes off. Maybe she thought I was lying, but she could have checked the records on the computer. Clothes came out fine, but I'm disappointed with the experience. Don't post promotions you aren't willing to validate. I'll go somewhere else next time.
