“I went to DM cleaners with a last minute emergency as I needed an outfit worked on for my proposal. They said the typical turnaround is 2 days but made an exception for my situation and had everything ready next day. This shows a-lot about the company and its values. They gained a customer for life today!”
“I took a very delicate silk feather dress and it was returned in impecable in a very short amount of time! Great service!”
“They offers wedding gown cleaning and preservation on-site, which gave us confidence that the dress would be handled carefully throughout the process. The staff explained how the gown would be cleaned and preserved before storage, answered all of our questions, and treated such an important keepsake with great care. We were extremely happy with both the customer service and the final presentation. Yay!”
