D & M Cleaners provides a friendly and welcoming experience. The employees are great at assisting customers and the manager is accommodating. Prices are fair and estimates are given ahead of time. The business offers excellent customer service and does a fantastic job in cleaning and pressing garments, including special care fabrics and wedding gowns. Overall, a great place to come back to.
I went to DM cleaners with a last minute emergency as I needed an outfit worked on for my proposal. They said the typical turnaround is 2 days but made an exception for my situation and had everything ready next day. This shows a-lot about the company and its values. Best Dry Cleaners in town! I’ve been going here for years and never had any issues. Even with items I am hesitant to bring are always returned to me in perfect condition. I just had a clothing repair done here recently and I can’t even tell my blouse was ever ripped. It’s like new again!
They did a fantastic job of cleaning a jacket we picked up at a thrift store. It had cat hair all over it. D&M kept after it till it was clean. The lady at the counter was super helpful. We will be back. Thanks for a great job.
