My experience with this company was extremely frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish.
My AC went out Monday night, and we called Tuesday to schedule an appointment. I waited all day Tuesday, but no technician arrived, and I received no call, update, or notice that the appointment had been missed. When I called back, I was told I had been marked as a no-show, even though I had been there waiting the entire day. I was then offered an appointment later in the week, despite the fact that the company had missed the original appointment.
