Dr. Prediger retired, and Dr. Switalski has taken over the clinic. My 1 star here is due to old information. The phone number for Dr. Prediger's clinic has also been carried over by Dr. Switalski, as well.

I visited this place for an eye exam about 4 months ago. I so tried to explain to this doctor (the tall skinny one, as he describes himself, I think James, but he seems to not want to clearly identify who he is) that no matter what the test results are, my glasses have ended up being too strong and I've had to bring them back the last 2 times I've gotten glasses. He had no UNDERSTANDING, but used the professional lingo on me, such as, "I think you'll find this prescription just right...etc." I walked out with the prescription, dissatisfied because I already knew it would be too strong. I decided to return before even wasting my time going and getting glasses. Though he said he was not upset, he was upset and gave me a hard time before changing the prescription to what my old prescription was. Only he didn't change it exactly but altered one of the numbers. I went and got glasses but one eye was stronger and gave me headaches. It just caused me all kinds of trouble and now I've wasted $300 for this exam plus 2 pairs of glasses that bother my eyes. Sure would have been nice to have someone that cared, and who had discernment to help me get an accurate exam. I forgive him.

I called about 5 minutes ago needing an appointment for an eye exam and to get contacts because I already wear eye glasses. The lady I spoke to was VERY RUDE!!!! She was very snooty, was not open to helping answer my questions regarding how the eye exam process goes (I am used to Target Optical where the Eye Doctor is apart of the lenses and frames, so I was asking where am I able to get contacts). She asked me a series of questions regarding if I wanted contacts or eye glasses. Asked me if I was able to do tomorrow at 4:30pm and I said yes, because I like to work with others schedules and I am really needing contacts before going skiing. She then scheduled it and then said "never mind that won't work", acting like it was my fault with rude remarks, because she said she had training she had to attend and it's not a long enough appointment for contacts. I said "okay lets do a different time that works". She suggested tomorrow at 10:30am. I then agreed with that time. She then asked for my insurance which on the website the same exact plan I have is listed 3rd on the website's list said they don't accept that plan. I work in customer service and have for many years and this is not how you handle or talk to customers. She talked down to me and was very rude through her remarks. I will never attend this eye doctor because this lady was so rude and not worth spending my money on someone that can't even speak to me in a kind gesture.
