I had an absolutely amazing visit. It was my first time and every single person I talked to was polite and respectful. The front desk lady was all smiles & extremely warm, the technician was efficient; she explained everything she was doing. Dr. Crader was very nice and personable and the optician was accommodating and helpful at the end of my visit. I was nervous about finding a new place to get my annual exams but I will definitely be coming back. Great job you guys !
Dr Crader is excellent. Efficient, personable, focused on the best solution for my needs and doesn’t try to push anything that’s not in my best interest. Staff is friendly, helpful and patient. They have a good selection of frames, etc, but have never felt pushed. I’ve been using Denton Optometry for over 10 years and highly recommend them for whatever vision needs you might have.
