I scheduled my appointment online and had chosen the incorrect plan for the service I wanted, but I had Cara as my stylist and she was very cooperative with me to figure out not only what plan I needed but also figure out the hairstyle I wanted as I am not very knowledgeable. She was very kind and we had a great conversation while she cut my hair. I am very satisfied with the end result of how my hair turned out. ?“
