“Absolutely amazing experience. My stylist, Jamie, and her coworker, Mindy, had me laughing the majority of the time. I never like going in to get my hair cut because to me it's a chore, something else on the "To Do" list along with picking up the dry cleaning and buying grocery bags. I'd only been to Bazooka Charlie's once before and had a good experience however I normally have been going to a stylist out in Flower Mound. Saturday I didn't feel like driving so I called in and managed to get the last appointment of the day for Jamie and I'm glad I did. She listened to what I wanted for my hair, and gave some advice as well. I told her to do what she thought best, and I really love how my hair turned out. We've all had those hair sessions where you don't click with your stylist and it's awkward chit chat. With Jamie, you feel like you've known her for a while and pretty soon you're making jokes. “This was the first time I came to this location to get my daughter's haircut and they did amazing! AJ did a great job of listening to exactly what she wanted and she was very happy when we left. “I’ve been going to this place for months and today a new stylist was there. She said she couldn’t do the haircut I always get this will be the last time I come to this place.

Update: I tried to go back because I tried another location and they just were messing up simple things. It’s hard when the same person doesn’t cut your hair each time to get a consistent cut. But this location is always pretty busy so requesting the same person would take forever.

With that said, I ended up with the same newbie hairdresser as last time at this location and she seemed to fix it what was messed up by the other location. She explained why my haircut was different. She was a bit sassy but she was trying to hold her ground to correct some bad info I had been given.
