Absolutely fantastic service, and I will be coming back again for my haircut in the future. I scheduled my appointment online and had chosen the incorrect plan for the service I wanted, but I had Cara as my stylist and she was very cooperative with me to figure out not only what plan I needed but also figure out the hairstyle I wanted as I am not very knowledgeable. She was very kind and we had a great conversation while she cut my hair. I am very satisfied with the end result of how my hair turned out. ?
Posting this review for my husband. We have known Lauren for a few years now and we were so excited that she joined the Knockout team. He has always liked the way Lauren cut his hair. She is very detailed and precise. We love her personality as well, very personable.
Scheduled with Cara and my wife liked the way she cut / styled my hair more than I did. My last cut....my wife's comment was "It'll grow out babe." This time...her comment was "can you brush it the way Cara did"? I'll be back for sure.
