Union Supply Group is an excellent and helpful business for trailer purchases and deliveries. The process is smooth with good communication and coordination for drop-offs at different locations, ensuring correct contacts. For truckers delivering loads, the location is easy to find and they receive loads in a timely manner even if the driver is late. It is important to turn into the second left entrance when driving south on Regent and go around the back to door #35 for check-in. However, the instructions for the receiving side can be a headache for those new to the area.
We've had the pleasure of working with these guys on a few trailer purchases. Jacob is an excellent communicator and always super helpful throughout all parts of the buying and delivery process. Coordinating drop offs at different locations and making sure we have the correct point of contacts to facilitate a smooth process for all. Was easy to find and although I was running late(about 15-20 min, they still received the load in a timely manner! Be sure to turn into the second left entrance if you’re driving south on Regent, and go around the back of the building to door #35 for check in.
Very fast. A little confusion finding the receiving office which is on the back side of the building. Once you see the shipping sign continue to the next left and follow it behind the building. Receiving is next to door 35. No overnight parking.
