I have the MT641-2 Little Gourmet heater and faucet. I installed it 4 1/2 years ago. One of the lines on the top of the heater started leaking. Thank you to the excellent technical support, together we fixed the problem.

I highly recommend. I contacted Mountain Plumbing Products as my drinking water faucet was leaking. Emerson was willing to work with me until we the determined the parts needed. Faucet is fixed and I can say their customer service is top shelf.

Excellent Customer Service! I emailed the company asking them how I could get a tiny o-ring for a strainer/stopper of theirs that I purchased from a local supplier. I really only expected them to reply with the item number, and I would buy it in my local area. I was surprised when I received 3 o-rings via UPS about 4 days after my inquiry. This company has fantastic customer service.
