I contacted DK controls to inquire about a lost key to a pump control panel at a site that recently changed ownership. Not only was their receptionist quick to answer the phone and very kind, but also placed me in contact with Jake in the engineering/sales department. Jake promptly responded to my inquiry by letting me know that he would replace and ship the components needed to replace the switch (along with some extra keys). Five stars for service, five stars for communication, and 5 stars for a well built pump control panel. 5/5 would do business again
