Guests have praised the exceptional massage services, particularly the work of massage therapist Derek. His blend of different massage styles was described as "hands down the best massage" one guest had ever had. The service was also noted as "absolutely amazing," with the attendant Mario catering to every need and request. Couples have enjoyed the relaxing couples massages, as well as the Eucalyptus Steam room and ice bath experience. However, some guests have noted that the pool was not heated and the restrooms lacked body wash. The spa's policy of only allowing guests to use the facilities for an hour before and after their appointment was also seen as a drawback by some.
Best massages, beautiful steam room. I just wish the staff was a little more professional. Hearing girls cuss and complain while you’re in there trying to get your monies worth and forget your own problems is not cute.

I visited the spa a few days ago and had the absolute best experience. Everything was perfect. I had an incredible 80 minute massage with Ms. Saundra and there is not enough kind words in the world to articulate how amazing she was. She was exceptional and I can’t wait to come back soon.
