The energy is bold, refined, and unmistakably Texan. The rooms are spectacular, featuring high ceilings, carefully layered materials, and a stunning combination of textures like leather and textiles. This warm, luxurious design has subtle elegance that invites guests in. Every detail feels thoughtfully placed, from the custom headboards to the calming color palettes. The hotel also boasts a superb swimming pool with excellent poolside service and an amazing atmosphere. While parking can be an additional cost, the overall experience at The Joule is highly recommended, making it a go-to staycation spot.
Exceptional service from this team mentioned! Bellhop Oscar provided wonderful white-glove service, complete with a personal touch by offering ice-cold waters. Assistant Manager Malik W. was phenomenal. Following an earlier incident, Malik listened to my side of the story with true empathy and problem-solving skills—I didn't even have to force the explanation. He made me feel genuinely valued as a customer through his generosity and professionalism. Special thanks as well to Ashley from Sasset for her great service!

The service they provide right from pulling up to the door to check out is amazing. They will go down the street to get you something they don’t have. Rooms are very clean. Stayed in the Terrace which has a great modern vibe and cool view of the city. Also stayed in the Deluxe Suite which is super cozy and comfortable. I like the lighting in that room. Even the guy who kicked us off their rental terrace ballroom area was nice about it.

Great hotel. They didn’t have my room early but i was there pretty early. They did treat me to lunch though. Gym looked nice even though I didn’t get to use it. Next time . Had meal at both of their restaurants.
