The room was clean, bed was very comfy, employees were super friendly, great atmosphere, and the room service was fast. The only con was that we could here loud music from our room (floor six)
This is hands down one of the best and most accomodating hotels I have stayed in. We will most definitely be back. Everyone has been so welcoming and very nice from the front desk to the valet. Love the courtesy car the hotel provides as it has been so helpful and convenient for us getting around this weekend!
We stayed here for my wife’s 50th on January 14th. At check-in we were immediately greeted with two glasses of champagne, were told our room was upgraded from the standard, and upon returning from dinner, we had a complementary bottle of Prosecco and box of chocolates awaiting us! Wayne and JonPaul went above and beyond! We look forward to coming back here in the summer to spend a little time by the pool and at the spa. Well done Joule!
