UPDATED 4/1/24The General Manager called me to apologize about the experience and explained that the manager of the spa was on vacation so he wasn’t able to call me to reschedule my massage. Andrew refunded my massage and overnighted me a gift certificate to my house. It was a really thoughtful gesture and took me by surprise. I am really grateful for the immediate action.My mother, aunt, cousin and I are all going in a few days to have a girls day at the spa and we’re all extremely excited. The staff were wonderful and helpful! I was able to really truly relax! After a two hour massage and face mask treatment, coupled with an hour in the relaxing sauna and hot tub, I felt like a whole new person. I thought maybe 2 hours was overkill for a booking, but it was exactly what I needed. For anyone needing a break or just a treat, I highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Spa!
I did not have the best first experience and gave the spa a call a few days later to discuss. Scott was incredibly open, receptive, and apologetic and got me in for another massage for the next weekend at no cost. I don't often leave reviews, but feel moved to when the customer service is worth complimenting. Thanks, Scott!
