Deeply impactful Yoga Teacher Training. Understanding the science of the brain and self regulation and how that intersects with traditional Yoga has been huge. Not only did we learn these things, but we were able to embrace tools to teach others effectively as well. Highly recommend.

Completely different experience and skill set than my YTT. This school is taking yoga, movement and mental health to a whole new level. I’m thrilled w/my training and my journey with this new career path in yoga!
