Online appointment cuts waiting time. Have never gotten a bad haircut here and my hairdresser listened to what I wanted done. My hair was real long due to not getting a cut for six months. No problem! Satisfied with the cut I got!

Great experience..my granddaughters need a good trim and they had really long hair. The person that vut their was was very good and gentl with them and they were very happy with their cut!

This store needs a credit card machine on the customer side where they can complete the transaction and enter the tip on their own. It is awkward and clumsy to basically have the stylists ask you how much tip do you want to give them when you are paying. This is a very atypical way of paying for services. It makes me very uncomfortable.
