I had an amazing experience at the Ulta Beauty location on Lovers Lane! Melanie was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout my visit. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and made the entire shopping experience feel welcoming and stress-free. Her customer service was outstanding, and you can tell she truly cares about helping customers. Employees like Melanie are the reason I’ll definitely continue shopping at this location. She went out of her way to assist me on Tuesday afternoon, THANK YOU for doing what most have not, to help color match me & also provided some helpful tips regarding setting powders.
