The wait was much longer than I anticipated, there appeared to be other issues going on that were being addressed, there wasn’t much communication about the reason for the delays; HOWEVER, I rated this five stars because once in the room and sharing my symptoms, the doctor was very thorough, very attentive and very interested in providing me a solution. I rated this a five star because nothing is prefect and that was my first time visiting and it was a Friday; and for some odd reason, Fridays are when everything that can go wrong, does go wrong. I understand mishaps and unexpected changes but overall my experience was a five and I’ll be back.
