I’ve never had a better experience in an Ulta Ms. Sharon greated me with her warm smile and could tell I was lost. I looked at her and said I’m a mom and I need a co new look. I’ve not spent money on new makeup in almost 6yrs I’ve aged lifestyle everything’s changed. She grabbed me and got to work. She didn’t just help me find makeup she restored my confidence.love Sharyn
I went in looking for a specific product. About three workers saw me walking around and didn’t offer any help, which was odd because there were few people in the store. There were more workers than customers. Upon checking out I was asked if I found everything okay and I expressed my experience. The cashier, Tyler, apologized for my experience and mentioned it to who I assume was a manager that was also at the counter, whose name was Sadie. She also apologized and kindly gave me a bag of goodies for the trouble. Thank you ladies for helping me out and encouraging me to return to this location.
