First time client. Salon needs to work on communication.
Upon entering the salon few minutes early there was no hostess for check in. Another stylist pointed me to Laura’s chair and to take a seat. No one communicated to let me know Laura was running late. At 10:07 I asked a male at the desk and he did not apologize but instead said “it’s only been 7 minutes this is America. I will text her in 5 minutes asking where she is”. Horrible horrible customer service. I wish they would’ve just communicated that Laura is not in yet and is running late, which I would’ve understood.

I just had the best experience here at 3311. Van did awesome job on my nails and her customer service is amazing! She made me feel really comfortable and made sure I was satisfied with my nails every step of way! I highly recommend this place and recommend Van to do your nails! Did I mention they have a bar lol
Brittany is very professional with each and every client. She is an excellent hair colorist. When she styles and blow dries your hair, it holds and stays for many days!! I highly recommend her for whatever service you need.
