I am looking forward to living at Bell Katy trail. Thank you to Andrew for making the leasing process so easy coming from Alabama! This place is awesome! The building is clean! The vib is awesome! The surrounding pubs, restaurants, and shopping is great! Ready to experience Dallas!!!

My daughter just moved into The Bell Katy Trail apartments. We were on a mission to find the right apartment which checked all of the boxes we were looking for. Upon arrival, we met Flave, who is fantastic! He listened and understood what we were looking for. He did an excellent job giving us the tour and going over all the amenities the complex has to offer. Lastly, he invited us to an event the building was hosting which we went to.In fact, after we left, to see other buildings, we decided not to.We went right back and said Flave this is it!My daughter loves her new apartment.Everyone we have met, has been so kind and friendly.The location is top notch as well. I am absolutely delighted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience at Bell Katy Trail. From the first day of introduction to the wonderful staff, I felt an unparallelled sense of home and welcoming.
