I have been here 10 years and I must say, Simpson has a "knack" for hiring great people. Whereas I love my apt. and the amenities are great, it has always been the management team that has impressed me. The folks here always are attentive to my needs and prompt with their service. I am a relationship person and the management team are the best at this. My apartment is great, the location is wonderful and I am pleased to make this my home.
I toured this property a few days ago and I loved it! Everything was very clean and organized. Office staff was very friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions. I can definitely see myself living here soon. Special thanks to David for the assistance!
I love Living at Strata! It’s always very clean, the staff is wonderful and accommodating. I love the amenities, the gym and pool are a major plus. Would highly recommend living here!
