I was scheduled for a biopsy Aug. 7, 2025. I was really nervous, so Veronica Kennedy (RN) explained the procedure to me and says it’s nothing to worry about. She also said she’ll go in the room with me to hold my hand, if I wanted her too. The day of I asked for her and she came in the room with me. She made sure I was comfortable, she talked to me to keep my mind from wondering, and she was letting me know what they were about to do before they did it. The biopsy went and felt exactly how she explained it to me. I just want to say Thank you 😊. Ladies biopsy wasn’t painful at all. After the procedure it’s a little discomfort, but Tylenol will help. Today was a trying day for me to do my mammogram I have had to many family members lose their life to cancer. The employees at this facility was beautiful and kind. I wished I could say that for some patient who took the liberty to still my phone from the mammogram restroom. I know some woman got her results and also my samsung galaxy s23 cream cover with a red case that said Be with someone who want to be with you always.... And it had my name on it . That person is evil and dont have God in them.. It had a medical alert attached to my phone.. I Pray that karma dont knock you off your feet . You could have took it to the security on duty. I’m a current cancer patient receiving chemo. Great Doctors, Nurses, Tech and Cleaning Staff. The fact that they serve *so many* people, I certainly understand the long wait sometimes. I’m okay with that. I am definitely grateful to receive such wonderful care and the many different services. I appreciate every single person at the Mood Outpatient Clinic.
