“I'm a believer! I am 5 weeks out from treatment on my midsection and the results are in! The pooch I could never get rid of is now the flat tummy I always wanted! Sara at LGFG was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during the entire session. I had read that the midsection is often the most painful and I will say there was moderate discomfort during the treatment and a few days after but it was all worth these results I could never get on my own. “I have lingering back problems from a car accident a year ago that has come back to haunt me during the coldest parts of the year. It so happened to pay a visit during the recent snow storm/hard freeze. I needed to find a massage therapist quickly as I was in excruciating pain.I called this establishment the day of, knowing that the chances of getting in would be slim. Tess answered the phone very professionally, listened to my issue and promised to call me back within the hour with a solution as they were booked out until 3 more days. I received a call back and she managed to have a massage therapist come in to help me.I came by the location and filled out paperwork and was seen by Barbara. Barbara reviewed my intake form, asked a few questions and explained she would focus on my area of pain and glutes. My one hour session with her had me feeling like jelly afterwards. I cannot thank her enough for alleviating my back pain. I was up and about walking normally, able to sit on the couch and lay down without having to use a heating pad or curl up.I'm beyond satisfied with Barbara's work and I look forward to returning again.
