Sara saved my business trip in Dallas by providing me the best service and assistance I needed for my damaged laptop. With her proffesionalism and a big smile on her face she helped me take care of my computer problem. Even though it was not a Mac. Sarah, the lady at the reception is great! Love her!Simon, the tech guy sounds knowledgeable. Even though I was slightly unhappy about the cost of my repair and the fact that they do not have a payment plan for the cost over1.5k.I am happy with the speed of delivery, will be checking them out again, my recommendation!
