We use Cognoscape at our law firm for all of our IT. They are courteous, responsive, and always professional. Cognoscape has helped elevate our security and our server system to be more efficient. They’re easy to work with, make sure all of our needs are met, and resolve any issues we have in a timely manner. S/O to John and Allen for always being on top of things!
"I’ve been served by Cognoscape for 2.5 years, and I offer my full endorsement for their services. The service desk technicians and administrative staff are available 24/7, respond quickly, and work diligently until my issue is resolved. They’ve helped me with our internal document management system, various Microsoft programs, as well as Dragon, Adobe, Zoom, and other software programs. They have also worked out hardware issues through very creative uses of remote access to my computer.
